Rangsiman Rome is a Thai member of parliament and was my fellow student in the same university, He is one of Thailand’s most prominent pro-democracy activists and always fights for freedom and human rights. I often met him at Thammasat University when there were seminars or activities about politics. He is a good man and friendly person.
Since he became a politician, he has always been a voice for people who oppose the authoritarian government and want democracy. He exposed corruption and the evils of totalitarianism in the parliament many times.
Now it is likely that King Rama X wants him dead and orders his guards to prepare to do it.
